Gourmet deli with local rapeseed oils and seasonal produce, unusual imports and continental cheeses. Quite an arty and distinctive emporium.

Famous institution for their charcuterie: home made sausages, smoked, deli meats and Skånsk classics that can be tricky to find elsewhere, all made with fine local meats. An Aladdin’s cave of cooks’ essentials and kitchenware very hard to resist.
Glass Fabrik, Helsingborg

Local handmade ice cream in a delicious range of flavours, all natural and as locally sourced as possible. Rasmus uses Skånsk milk so look out for his kiosks about town. In Sweden there will always be liquorice ice cream available although I still go for his vanilla or chocolate!
