This picturesque fishing village dating from 1675. The Kullaberg peninsula is a place of great beauty and the views from the dining room are stunning across Skälderviken. Menu is predominantly organic with local produce imaginatively used. Here is Trout from Tjärö served with Languistine Dumplings in a dainty copper pan of stock, with turnip ribbons and pak choy.
