Local handmade ice cream in a delicious range of flavours, all natural and as locally sourced as possible. Rasmus uses Skånsk milk so look out for his kiosks about town. In Sweden there will always be liquorice ice cream available although I still go for his vanilla or chocolate!

Ådala Gård, Billinge

Organic micro dairy and shop; delicious range of cheeses: soft fresh, blues, mature and washed rind. Set in the broad-leaved forest of Söderåsen in Skåne, they have a garden cafe in summer, home baked sourdough, cheese plate from the dairy and home baking. Slow Food advocates, they sometimes host evening events too.
